The Happiness Project, Durham (mental health support event)

Taking place at the North Road Methodist Church in Durham, this afternoon in February is aimed at challenging the stigma that is still attached to mental health, as well as offering support on the day to any struggling with such issues.

Along with various fun activties and more taking place, I'll be popping up at times to bring a little music to the occasion. If you're in the area and can drop by, please do; show your support to the cause. And needless to say, if you feel you may benefit personally from coming along, then please do so.
